STERLING, VA – Compu Dynamics, LLC (www.compu-dynamics.com), announced that ABG Mechanical (ABG) has successfully completed the acquisition of CDI (Compu Dynamics, Inc.). The new company will be known as Compu Dynamics, LLC and will provide Mid-Atlantic information technology (IT) customers three decades of proven experience in advanced power and cooling solutions for mission critical facilities.

Recognized as an accomplished provider of mechanical services for critical facilities, ABG and its customers will benefit from CDI’s electrical expertise. Merging the talents of the two companies will position Compu Dynamics as one of the most experienced specialists in key infrastructure services, such as data center design/build services, power and cooling systems optimization, remote monitoring, facility-wide maintenance, and emergency repair.
