(GACC), I am delighted to invite you to our first Solar Symposium at the Hotel Intercontinental on
Monday, July
14th , one day before the official start of the
Intersolar/Semicon West trade show. The Solar Symposium will provide a platform to discuss political
developments in and
as
well as the internationalization of the solar power industry.
The GACC is
very pleased to welcome the Lieutenant Governor of , John
Garamendi to this event.
The Lt. Governor will
address attendees as keynote speaker together with other and German
industry experts and business representatives. The morning session
"Strategies to
Develop International Solar Markets - Examples of Germany and
California" will focus on past and present
accomplishments, whereas the afternoon session "International Perspectives - What are the Most
Promising Incentives to Develop the US Solar Market?"
will provide insights into the future of the US solar industry. The format for
the afternoon will be a panel discussion allowing for plenty of questions and
comments; speakers and further details can be found in the event program. Following the symposium will be a networking
reception offering the opportunity to continue conversations in a relaxed
atmosphere.
