Sustainable Facility eNews
May 2008 Edition
|
|
|
| Greetings and welcome to the May 2008 edition of the Sustainable Facility eNews.

Hopefully you had a relaxing Memorial Day weekend (and that you didn't have to drive too far to enjoy it, with gas prices hitting the $4.00+ mark)... This month's eNews is arriving a tad later in the month than usual...in fact, we're sliding it into your inbox with just a few days left in May. You can attribute that to a hectic production schedule (wait til you see the June issue and the Sustainable Flooring section!), as well as the task of revamping our entire website (to include video, as well as an area for a blog to be penned by yours truly) and a robust travel schedule, which found me in the Pacific Northwest for the West Coast EMC
conference, May 14 - 15. The following week had me on the west side of Michigan visiting with Dan Depta at the Special-Lite facilities in Decatur, Mich., and then on to Holland, Mich., for the Haworth facility grand opening gala. In fact, I'm writing this month's eNews from Baltimore while on a break from Bentley's BE 2008 Conference. From city to city, and coast to coast, Sustainable Facility goes the extra mile to bring you the latest news and developments impacting the sustainable facility and energy management industry.
As mentioned above, the Sustainable Facility website has been revamped and relaunched. Along with regularly updated Breaking News and Calendar of Events sections, www.SustainableFacility.com also includes "Only Online" exclusive features that you won't find in our print or digital editions. Be sure to visit regularly to stay up on events shaping the world of sustainable facility management.
Thanks for reading.
Perhaps our paths will cross on the road.
